I am Nischay Kaushik and I am 32 years of age. My hometown is a city called Hyderabad in India. I have a diverse educational background with a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, a Master of Science in Physics, and a Ph.D. in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering.

What does a typical day working for AIClub look like for you?
My typical workday involves monitoring the sessions of the research program to ensure that they have gone smoothly, monitoring the progress of the projects, working on responses to queries related to the research program, and occasionally teaching students.
What encouraged you to choose AIClub?
My strong passion for Mathematics, Computer Programming, and Machine Learning were the factors that led me to choose AIClub.
What do you love most about your job?
I feel that this job provides a great opportunity to inspire younger generations.
What's the best advice you've ever gotten?
Just give your best and forget about the results.
What does success mean to you?
For me, success is a journey, not a destination.

Who inspires you?
I take inspiration from many people. A major part of my inspiration comes from those I communicate with regularly.
What's your all-time favorite movie and why?
I don't watch much movies but watch series and like the Big Bang theory. I like the characters in the series and the comedy.
