What does a typical day working for AIClub look like for you?

One of the things I love about my job—and what drew me to apply for it—is that there is no such thing as a "typical" day. On days when I have meetings or presentations scheduled, I attend those. Unless I start my morning by catching up—reading and, if necessary, responding to my email and direct messages, as well as checking in with my work.

What encouraged you to choose AIClub?

I am a firm believer in approaching each task collaboratively, so when I saw a position with your company to join the engineering team, I knew I had to apply. I enjoy working as part of a team to achieve a common goal, and I am confident that my background in production has prepared me for this role. I am delighted to be a valuable member of this excellent team.

What do you love most about your job?

I was impressed by the greater level of collaboration here. It was truly refreshing to be a part of a team that worked together to achieve a common goal. Our CEO is also a nice person. She always makes suggestions to us in a polite manner and encourages us to come up with our own ideas. The team supported one another, and if someone was having problems, they didn’t hesitate to reach out and look for help because they knew a colleague was always willing to assist.

What's the best advice you've ever gotten?

There will be plenty of shade trees in life, but if you're tired, don't stay under them.

What does success mean to you?

Success is a journey, not a destination.

What's a unique or interesting fact that most people would not know about you?

I really like to travel and help others.

Who inspires you?

My mother.

What's your all-time favorite movie and why?

Jai Bhim -Because it is based on a true incident and was done for the sake of injustice.
