What does a typical day working for AIClub look like for you?
My day begins by proactively addressing research program–related challenges raised by students, parents, instructors, and mentors, ensuring timely and effective resolution to maintain program quality and stakeholder satisfaction. I oversee student operations to deliver a seamless and engaging learning experience, closely monitoring progress to ensure all milestones are achieved. I play a key role in developing research proposals and project-specific curricula, while managing communication among stakeholders to align objectives and ensure deliverables are met on schedule. Additionally, I oversee the curriculum database, reviewing and refining content, integrating new materials, and ensuring continuous improvement in quality and relevance. A major part of my role involves recruiting, mentoring, and managing operations team members—fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence that consistently enhances team performance and organizational efficiency.

I chose AIClub because its mission truly resonates with me. Having worked in the EdTech industry for over five years, I’ve seen how technology can transform learning experiences. What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is the opportunity to make a real difference in students’ learning journeys. Seeing their growth—from being curious learners to confident researchers—gives me a great sense of fulfillment. I also enjoy collaborating with a passionate team and finding ways to streamline processes and improve outcomes. Every day brings new challenges and learning opportunities, which keeps me motivated and excited about the work I do.
What's the best advice you've ever gotten?
The most impactful advice I’ve received is to avoid overthinking and cultivate inner strength when faced with any situation. By heeding this wisdom, I am empowered to confront challenges with a calm and composed demeanor, enabling me to navigate them with grace and ease. This guidance has proven invaluable in my journey through life.
What does success mean to you?
To me, success is not merely a destination but a transformative journey. I believe that each step taken toward paving the path to success is a success in itself. It's the cumulative effort, growth, and progress that truly define success. Embracing this mindset allows me to appreciate and celebrate every milestone, no matter how small, as an accomplishment on my personal journey toward achieving my goals.
What's a unique or interesting fact that most people would not know about you?
I find solace in spirituality, and it has become an integral part of my life. Recently, I’ve discovered a newfound passion for baking, which has quickly captured my heart.

I enjoy watching movies as a source of entertainment, finding pleasure in a diverse range of genres and stories. Rather than having specific personal favorites, I appreciate the varied experiences and emotions that different films offer.
